Currently, our tax team is looking for a Tax Associate III to join our team. Roles and responsibilities
Individuals at this level require a college degree with a major in accounting or other appropriate business field, sufficient hours to sit for the CPA exam (150) and have from one to four years of experience. Tax Associate II individuals are expected to:
Individuals at this level require a college degree with a major in accounting or other appropriate business field, sufficient hours to sit for the CPA exam (150) and have from two to five years of experience. Tax Associate III individuals are expected to:
Assigned primarily to tax engagements:
Begin developing a command of pertinent IRC sections, regulations, and court precedent.
Become proficient at tax research from all reference sources available to the firm and from other sources.
Become proficient in the preparation of all types of tax returns and with other types and more comprehensive tax engagements.
Assume responsibility for the supervision of others in their tax return preparation engagements and other types of tax projects, and the review of their work product.
Partner’s discretion as to their overall ability and qualities to work effectively at this level.
